1. Does this car DVD fit my car?

2. Can it be shipped to my country?

3. How long does it take to arrive?
Generally speaking we will arrange the shipment in 1-2 business days once the payment is confirmed, and we cooperate with DHL(5-7days), and EMS (13-20days) for delivery time.
4. Do I need to pay custom duties?
we do not pay any of fee the Tax . Any customs tax and fee caused by this, buyer should pay it by himself, if you do not agree, please do not buy to avoid troubles . The custom duties are charged by importing countries. Though we can not control this, we will help you to declare a lower value at customs. Therefore, most of our customers do not need to pay custom duties or just pay few. If you have special requirements for declared value, please explain to us when you place orders.
(1).We provide 3 days replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
(2).Buyers are responsible for the come and return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
(3).Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them as soon as possible.
